Wet Paint Coatings / Powder Coating

Wet Paint Coatings / Powder Coating

Our coatings capabilities can meet any size project.

We accomplish Wet Paint Coatings / Powder Coating by utilizing both manual and robotic coating equipment based on the quantity.  Spray-on coatings include; Polane (epoxy/paint), Teflon (PTFE), Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2), Urethane’s, and Enamels based on customer specifications. While these wet paint, lubricant and spray on coatings are done everyday, we have capacity to take on your production run.

Here is our Robotic Wet-paint spray on coating machine in action.

Powder Coating offers an environmentally friendly method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide array of metal products. Powder coating is a dry coating system where an item is sprayed with electrically charged powder consisting of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The charged powder adheres to the grounded item of metal until it is baked in an oven, where it fuses to the substrate. Powder coating results in a high quality, smooth, uniform, and durable finish. Both Powder and S
pray on coatings offer excellent economical value for industrial parts. Most of our customers ship us pallet size lots. Our inbound reciieving includes an inspection and count process. All parts are washed and corrosion protected (per spec) before the finished coatings are applied.  Some coatings call for a clear or top coat to protect the color from UV or environmental conditions.   After coating and curing the parts are inspected and boxed based on packing requirements per order. Our staff understands that each order may be different so tracking work orders and routing instructions is key in our business.

Our lead time target is 4 working days. We understand the need for rush and hot orders that need to be expedited. We believe that is ‘part of the job’ and we accommodate our customers needs.
