SurfTech® is a State of the Art Hard Thin Film coating facility. Utilizing a IPVD (Ion Physical Vapor Deposition) technology that enables us to deposit coatings at temperatures BELOW 250°F, which means that substrate materials DO NOT get annealed and dimensional stability is maintained. SurfTech® applies its coatings to a thickness of 1-3 microns, (without biasing the part).
